Postage

 

We try & post items out on the same or next day of receipt of cleared funds. This usually means that an item (depending on size weight)  takes (from "click" to "receive") only a few days.

We track every item & rarely lose any. Your item will have to be signed for! 

 

NO Collections

 

Being an internet based business we do NOT have facilities for collection. It is simply not an option. Apologies to those people who “only live locally”.

If you’re not happy to pay for posting please don’t bid!  

 

Shipping

 

The shipping price quoted is for UK mainland only. Scottish Highlands, Ireland & Channel Islands will be more expensive and you can email for a quote.

I do NOT sell or post abroad, sorry. UK sales only.

 

Returns policy

 

Mistakes happen & when they do, what to do?

 

If an item has been sent out & you find it was listed incorrectly, broken or maybe we just sent you the wrong one then this is down to us. We will, of course, accept it back for return & issue a replacement (where possible) or a full refund.

 

If however we have sent out the item listed correctly & the fault lies at your end by either not reading the description properly, ordering the wrong one, the wrong size/colour or for any similar reason ( maybe you just don’t want it or changed your mind) we will still accept it back for a refund. However, in this case, upon receiving goods back (as they were sent out)  you will receive a refund minus any postage costs, listing charges & a 20% handling, re-stocking & re-listing fee.

In both cases we will only accept an item back if it is un-used or un-fitted & in it’s original packaging. If you fit it or use it, it’s yours!
